The Horszowski Trio Chamber Music • November 13 At Gualala Arts

     The Horszowski Trio comes to Gualala Arts for a Chamber Music Series concert on Sunday, November 13, at 4:00pm. The trio includes Jesse Mills, violin, Ole Akahoshi, cello and Rieko Aizawa, piano. Tickets are $40 advance, $45 at the door and are available at Gualala Arts, Dolphin Gallery, and online at EventBrite.com.

     High praise has become the norm for this trio. Giving performances that have received uniformly high praise, describing their performances as lithe, persuasive, eloquent and enthralling." The New Yorker called them “the most compelling American group to come on the scene." The Horszowski Trio has quickly become a vital force in the international chamber music world. Since their debut performance in New York City in 2011, they have toured extensively throughout North America, Europe, the Far East, and India, introducing audiences to new music that they have commissioned and premiered.

   The Trio has already made more than 50 concert performances this year, receiving tremendous acclaim for their recording of the complete piano trios by Robert Schumann.
